Preparation
In preparation for Lost Lineage to commence researching your genealogy, a little initial information is required. Write down everything you know about the family line you require researching. Always remember to start from present day and work back, not moving on to the next family member or generation until you have discovered all the information you can.
Conduct a short interview and ask to see family photos this will spark memories of missing relatives or events such as weddings, it may also tell you that aunt Edna died after May 15 1974 as she is in grandma's birthday party photo on that date. This will narrow down the search for a birth date, even if it is something seems irrelevant write it down.
